If you think there is not enough time is the day to exercise, I have to say….there’s always enough time to take care of your body.
Don’t think you have to go to the gym for an hour to work out. All that is required is 15 – 20 minutes a day.
If the weather is nasty outside, there’s plenty of workout routines to do at home.
Walking up and down the stairs a few times, cleaning, vacuuming. I know who enjoys cleaning their home. This way, it’s like getting twice the work done and you’ll have more time to spend on you.
Other at home exercises could be squats, pushups, situps. Pretty much anything that is a static exercise.
If you still like going outside, but the weather is not cooperating, it doesn’t cost much for proper gear. You local dollar store sells umbrellas, hats, gloves, scarfs.
So #getoutside every day and enjoy what this beautiful marble of a planet offers us.
